WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

On this page, you can withdraw from an order placed in the online shop www.drperi.at online within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Select the relevant order in the form below and submit it. You will then receive prompt confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email.

How the withdrawal works

1. Log in to your customer account, if you haven't already done so.
2. Select the order you wish to withdraw from in the form.
3. Optionally provide a reason (this is voluntary).
4. Submit the form.
5. Return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal, to the return address below.

You bear the direct costs of return shipping. Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
