Withdrawal Instructions

Part 1 — Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for multiple goods which you ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form (see Part 5) for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Part 2 — Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Part 3 — Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal pursuant to § 18(1)(5) FAGG (Hygiene Exception)

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

For the cosmetic products distributed by The Cottage MedCos GmbH, this exception applies in particular to:

• creams, serums, lotions, tonics and other care products supplied in jars, tubes, pump dispensers or bottles with an original seal, protective film, safety closure or protective cap,
• all products whose packaging or container is sealed by a visible seal, film or banderole and whose seal you have removed or broken after delivery.

As long as the seal is undamaged and the product is unopened, the right of withdrawal remains in full force.

Note: This exception serves exclusively to protect the health and hygiene of subsequent purchasers. You may inspect the goods before opening the seal without losing your right of withdrawal — analogous to inspection in a shop.

Part 4 — Withdrawal Button (FAGG Amendment, effective 19 June 2026)

For contracts concluded with consumers from 19 June 2026, we will additionally provide you with an electronic withdrawal button with which you can submit your withdrawal online at any time. You will find the button labelled "Withdraw contract" ("Vertrag widerrufen") in your customer account as well as on the order confirmation page for the respective order.

Via the button, you can submit the following information:

• your first and last name,
• the order number,
• optionally a brief explanation,
• the communication channel (e-mail / postal address) via which you wish to receive our confirmation of receipt.

After submission via the confirmation button "Confirm withdrawal" ("Widerruf bestätigen"), you will receive an immediate electronic confirmation of receipt on a durable medium.

Part 5 — Model Withdrawal Form (FAGG Annex I Part B)

Note: If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill out this form and send it back. The use of this form is not mandatory.
