Shipping Terms
§ 1 Delivery Areas
- We deliver to all Member States of the European Union.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process orders from delivery areas not listed here. If you would like a delivery to a country not listed, please contact us in advance at office@drperi.at; we will be happy to examine the possibility on a case-by-case basis.
- For deliveries to third countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or other charges may be incurred, which are to be borne by the Customer and, where applicable, paid directly to the competent customs or tax authorities.
§ 2 Shipping Service Providers
- Shipping is carried out by Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Post).
- As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If the shipping service provider offers shipment tracking, the corresponding tracking number or a tracking link will be included in this shipping confirmation.
§ 3 Shipping Costs
- The shipping costs will be shown to you transparently in the order overview before the conclusion of the order.
- By default, the following shipping costs apply:

- Free shipping threshold: From an order value of € 150.00 (value of goods after deduction of any discounts), shipping costs within Austria are waived.
- Any information on special conditions, promotions or free shipping periods will be shown separately in the Online Shop.
- For orders to third countries outside the EU, any customs duties, import VAT and processing fees of the shipping service provider are not included in the shipping costs shown.
§ 4 Delivery Times
- The expected delivery time is shown on the respective product detail page and in the order overview. Unless otherwise stated there, the following standard delivery times apply from the shipping confirmation:

- Latest delivery date (§ 4(1)(7) FAGG): Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the ordered goods no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
- Delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays in Austria) and begin on the business day following the shipping confirmation.
§ 5 Shipping Warehouse and Origin of Goods
- The goods are shipped from our warehouse in Vienna.
- Our cosmetic products are manufactured in Austria.
§ 6 Delivery Delays
- Should delivery delays exceptionally occur — for example due to supply difficulties on the part of our upstream suppliers, strikes, official orders, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible — we will inform you immediately by e-mail.
- In the case of a delivery delay for which we are responsible, you are entitled to set us a reasonable grace period for delivery. If this grace period expires without success, you may withdraw from the contract.
- In this case, we will refund any payments already made to you without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal, using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
§ 7 Partial Deliveries
- We are only entitled to make partial deliveries if these are reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will arise for you from a partial delivery.
- If the ordered goods are only partially available, we will inform you before dispatch and coordinate the further procedure with you.
§ 8 Refusal of Acceptance and Uncollected Shipments
- If you refuse acceptance of the shipment without legitimate reason or if the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. because, despite notification, you did not collect the shipment within the storage period, or because the delivery address provided was incorrect), you shall bear the actual additional costs incurred by us as a result (in particular return shipping costs and the costs of a renewed delivery), provided that the non-deliverability is attributable to you.
- Flat-rate processing fees are not charged; you reserve the right to provide evidence that lower costs were incurred by us.
§ 9 Transport Damage and Passage of Risk
- Passage of risk: When the goods are dispatched, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods pursuant to § 7b KSchG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act) passes to you only upon handover of the goods to you. The risk during transport is therefore borne exclusively by The Cottage MedCos GmbH.
- Recommendation in the event of visible transport damage: Should goods be delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about this directly to the carrier if possible and contact us immediately at office@drperi.at. Failure to make this complaint has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and in particular your warranty rights; however, it helps us to assert our own claims against the shipping service provider.
