Gentle cleansing for a fresh, clear complexion
Deep-pore cleansing with 3% glycolic acid to support cell renewal and refine pores. It removes dirt and dead skin cells without disturbing the skin’s natural acid mantle. Witch hazel, bisabolol, and panthenol soothe the skin and reduce irritation – for a pure, refreshed skin feeling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below you'll find the most frequently asked questions about "PeriClean Foam". For further questions, feel free to contact us by phone or email – we're happy to advise you personally.
How often can I use PeriClean Foam?
Lather onto the damp face in the morning and evening and rinse off thoroughly. Despite the 3% glycolic acid, the mild formulation is suitable for daily use.
Doesn't glycolic acid dry out the skin?
No. The low concentration of 3% is balanced by soothing actives such as bisabolol, panthenol, and witch hazel. The foam deep-cleanses the pores without compromising the skin's natural acid mantle.
Do I need sun protection during the day when using glycolic acid?
Yes. AHAs like glycolic acid increase the skin's sensitivity to light. We recommend SPF 30 or higher every morning – even in winter.
Can I combine PeriClean Foam with PeriTonic AHA and PeriClear?
Yes – this is actually our recommended acne routine: PeriClean Foam + PeriTonic AHA + PeriClear. For very sensitive skin, the frequency of AHA applications should be built up gradually.
Is the foam also suitable for removing make-up?
For everyday cleansing, yes – but not for waterproof make-up. In that case, we recommend removing make-up first with a mild cleansing oil or micellar water, and then using PeriClean Foam for a deep cleanse.
Who is PeriClean Foam not suitable for?
For very dry, atopic, or acutely irritated skin, we recommend PeriClean Lotion as an alternative. It is soap-free, pH-neutral, and contains no fruit acids.
